Our client is one of the European leaders in the automotive aftermarket industry. They develop premium, fully compliant automotive replacement glass and have a track record of more than 60 years in serving the industry. In order to continue their growth in Europe, STANDBY Consultores are looking for a Sales Executive in Belgium.
+ Lead the growth of the company´s sales nationally in Belgium
+ Maintain a culture of customer satisfaction through timely and effective handling of all clients
+ Pro-actively generate sales in order to achieve targets
+ Build new business by consistently identifying and converting prospects
+ Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow their business
+ Previous sales, aftersales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry (essential)
+ Experience and contacts in automotive workshops, mechanics or auto parts stores.
+ Permanent residency in Belgium, with availability to travel on a daily basis
+ An enthusiastic, flexible and open-minded person who’s great with people
+ Interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication is required
+ Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
+ Well-presented and professional with a friendly and positive disposition
+ High level of Flemish, French and English are essential
