For our client, one of Europe´s biggest and fastest-growing companies in the service sector, providing solutions to customers across Europe, with a strong focus on the right people and good concepts, and with a strong position in their respective market, STANDBY Consultores is recruiting its HR Manager for their offices based in Málaga, Spain.

Our client is expanding its HR organization. With this in mind, its head offices in Spain are recruiting a dedicated HR Manager to drive HR initiatives and business strategies.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Manage and implement all operational HR activities
Administration all aspects of HR activity including but not limited to on-boarding and separation processes, employment records and statutory reporting requirements. Responsibility of Core HR ensuring inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner according to process and legal timescales with professionalism, fairness and consistency.
Contribute to the development of optimal HR concepts in cooperation with the European head office.
Provide HR advice, administer tools and support managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures (including Attendance management, Performance management, Discipline & Grievances)
Ensure that managers work according to common framework for HR management in General Services
Ensure information of HR decisions to the local management group in Spain
Provide legal assistance to the management team in all matters related to personnel and ensure they are in compliance with labor laws in Spain, hereunder unions.

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and capabilities:

Relevant HR experience (Recruitment, Spanish labor law and personnel matters)
Leadership experience
Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering effective presentations
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
Practices the highest level of professionalism and discretion
Have excellent analytical, communication and social skills, whilst also being solution-oriented and goal focused.
Possesses an ability to build and manage strong effective working partnerships across departments, regions while challenging, and influencing people in a constructive manner is essential
The ability to operate within a fast paced, dynamic work environment, where its leaders are required to be adaptive with an ability to act and makes things happen
Candidates should be flexible, proactive, have strong integrity, be role model and have the ability to demonstrate the company’s core values: goal focused, willing to improve, reliable, and customer focused.
