What we are looking for:

The Quality Specialist will be in charge of leading the internal and external quality activities for Sector Alarm Spain and will report directly to the Customer Service Director. The main areas of your activity will be project & process management, customer satisfaction (CSAT), continuous improvement, data analysis & reporting, and complaint management.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving quality policies, procedures, programs and systems, driving a culture of quality first standards through continuous improvement, and ensuring an excellent customer experience to our customers.

Key tasks:

Manage and oversee quality projects and quality management systems.
Conduct internal and external audit ISO programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Coordinate responses and actions to audits and assure implementation and effectiveness.
Ensure current internal routines and quality control documents are mapped and updated.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Lead Weekly CQF meetings for Sector Alarm.
Responsible for Sector Alarm internal feedback system and external CSAT Low score reasons.
Track and maintain deviation, risk assessment, change control request processing.
Participate in corrective/preventive actions items and their investigations to determine root cause.
Elaborate, recommend and oversee improvement actions until implementation.
Responsible for sending out weekly feedback and CSAT low score.
Develop, track, and maintain quality control metrics.
Maintain, analyze, and interpret quality data.
Create reports for management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions) including the need for improvement.
Handle customer complaint and directs activities for resolution between internal/external customers and partners.

Experience & skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience in quality management systems and quality audit.
Lean Six Sigma experience desired.
ISO 9001:2015 competence desired.
Strong customer focus and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to work in a results-oriented environment.
Adapts to change and considers new approaches.
Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Able to solve problems and determine effective solutions.
Detail-oriented, self-starter.
Fluently bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications with experience in Visio.
Availability to travel.
